Mu Alpha Theta- Math Tutoring
Mu Alpha Theta is now offering specialized math tutoring in all math subjects/courses Monday mornings in the LMC at 7:15. Mrs. Tucker can provide more info on how students sign up and get a pass etc.

PHS Culinary Arts 

On Friday, February 22, 2019, culinary arts attended the FCCLA Shelby County Cook-off at the University of Montevallo with three young ladies and placed as follows:

Tambrianna Smith placed 3rd in POULTRY with a Chicken & Veggie Pot Pie
Caitlin O'Connor placed 1st in DESSERTS with a Sweet Potato Creme Brulee
Avery Fuller placed 1st in BEEF with an Irish Beef & Potato Mini Pie

They all represented PHS amazingly!  Please help us congratulate them

PHS Chamber Choir
On Saturday, February 23, 2019, PHS Chamber Choir competed in the Alabama Vocal Association Solo and Ensemble Festival.  This is the state assessment for smaller choirs.  They received a superior rating! Help us congratulate the members.

PHS Majorettes
The Pelham Majorettes had outstanding performances this weekend, February 22-23, 2019! They competed in the AAU Shooting Stars competition at Madison County High School. The team placed 1st in Senior Dance Twirl, 2nd in Open Class Majorettes, and 2nd in AAU Senior Dance Twirl.
